Mary A Clark

Mary A. (Martorana) Clark, 97, passed away on January 7, 2021, at Country Meadows, Wyomissing.

Her first husband, Howard J. Einsel, Sr., died in 1991, and her second husband William H. Clark, Jr., died in 2017.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Domenic and Grace (Martino) Martorana.

Mary was a homemaker who was dedicated to her family; one of the best gifts she gave her children was staying at home to raise them. She was a fun-loving mother and a friend to all who knew her. She had many friends in Country Meadows that she enjoyed music and bingo with. Mary was dearly loved by many family and friends and will be sadly missed.

She was a member of West Lawn United Methodist Church, Reading.

She also enjoyed cooking, traveling and crocheting.

She is survived by two children, Jeanette M. Wewer, wife of Henry, Laureldale, and Howard J. Einsel, husband of Mary, Muhlenberg Park; and three stepchildren: Robert W. Clark, Reading; David D. Clark, husband of Cheryl, Mohnton; and James T. Clark, husband of Megan, Cumru Township.

She is also survived by her sister, Becky Seibert, FL, and four grandsons: Andy Einsel, (Kayla) , West Lawn; Travis Einsel, husband of Kathy, Birdsboro; Joey Scheider, husband of Emily, Mt. Penn; and Mark Einsel, husband of Lisa, Apache Junction, AZ.

Mary was predeceased by one son, Joseph Einsel, and her siblings: Samuel, James, John, Anthony, Joseph, Domenic Jr., Jerome, Rose and Margaret.

Services will be private at the wishes of Mary's family. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. will be entrusted with the arrangements.
