Mary H. Bilger

Mary H. Bilger, 88, of Wyomissing, passed away May 6, 2014 in her daughter's South Heidelberg Township residence.

Her husband, Roy R. Bilger, died March 31, 2011.

Born July 16, 1925 in Selinsgrove, she was a daughter of the late Cyril I.H. and Helen L. (Bowser) Speigelmire.

She was a 1943 graduate of Selinsgrove High School.

Mary was in sales and worked for Marshall's Department Store and also Danskin Corporation.

She was a longtime member and past president of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and a member of Order of the Eastern Star.

Mary was also a member of Atonement Lutheran Church, Wyomissing.

She is survived by her four children: David A., husband of Akiko Bilger, Havelock, NC; Donald W. Bilger, Jackson Village, NH; Janet L. Savino, Wyomissing; and Cheryn A., widow of Ronald Moyer, Fritztown. Also surviving are her sister, Marcella Engle, Selingsgrove; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in Atonement Lutheran Church, 5 Wyomissing Blvd, Wyomissing, PA 19610. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. in the church. Inurnment will be in the adjoining columbarium. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Atonement Lutheran Church at the above address. Edward J.
