Mary M. Albert

Mary M. Albert, 89, formerly of 835 Franklin Street, Eisenhower Apts., Reading died November 9th at 4:15 a.m. in ManorCare Health Services, West Reading where she had been since 1995.

She was predeceased by her first husband Phillip Pezzino in 1971 and was the widow of Joseph Albert who died in 1997.

Born in St. Stefano, Providence of Mecciana, Sicily, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Theresa (Musco) Marrella.

She was employed at Tyson's Button Shop as a seamstress for 57 years, retiring in 1984.

Albert was a member of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

She was a life member of Sons of Italy, Horizon Center.

Albert is survived by a daughter, Marie T. (Pezzino) Grill of Cumru Township and a son, Dominic T. Pezzino of Sinking Spring.

Other survivors include six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral from the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading Tuesday 9:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Paul's R.C. Church, Reading. Viewing Monday evening 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlbenberg Township.
