Marvin J. Fisher, 87, Temple, formerly of Laureldale, died Nov. 14 at 1:25 p.m. in St. Joseph Medical Center, where he had been a patient two days.
He was the husband of Anna G. (Strouse) Fisher.
Born in Lower Heidelberg Township, he was a son of the late John and Sadie (Madenford) Fisher.
Fisher was employed for 15 years as a machinist by Ripple Twist Mills, Reading, retiring in 1981.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Fisher was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale.
He was a life member and past senior vice commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8993, Stony Creek Mills.
Fisher is also survived by two sons, Marvin J. Jr., West Lawn, and Gary L., Temple.
Other survivors include three grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Walter R. Christ Funeral Home Inc., Laureldale. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton.
