Martin Walter "Marty" Binder, 82, of Reading, died ________ in _____________.

He was the husband of Lois Marion (Lamson) Binder.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Charles and Regina (Zajdowicz) Binder.

He was a 1944 graduate of Reading High School, a 1950 graduate of Muhlenberg College and a 1953 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School J.D.

Martin was a United States Army veteran who served as a Military Intelligence Interpreter.

He was a dedicated attorney for over 50 years at his partnership, Binder Mcgarvin and Myers.

Martin was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

He was a member of the Berks County Bar Association, Enlich Law Society and a solicitor for the Parking Authority. He also maintained his collegiate affiliations with Muhlenberg College Phil Beta Kappa and the Athletic Hall of Fame.

Martin is survived by a son, Thomas Martin, husband of Barbara McNeill Binder, Sinking Spring; two daughters, Barbara Lynn (Binder), wife of Dr. Michael Paul Casey, Rosemont and Patricia Annette (Binder), wife of Thad Albert Throneburg, Charlotte, NC.

He is also survived by a brother, David A. Binder, two half brothers, Rick Binder and James Binder and one sister, Karen (Binder) Ingraham.

Other survivors include eight grandchildren: Anne Lois (Casey) Milligan, Shannon Michelle Casey, Martin Francis Casey, Katherine (Binder) Throneburg, Emma Clark Throneburg, Natalie Marie Binder, Meghan Hall McNeill, and Douglas Hall McNeill.

Martin is predeceased by a brother, Charles Binder.
