Martha N. Snyder

Martha N. Snyder, 106, formerly of South Summit Avenue, Cumru Township, died Nov. 28 at 10 p.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., Muhlenberg Township, where she had resided since June.

Her husband, Paul R. Snyder Sr., died Feb. 12, 1956.

Born in York, she was a daughter of the late Maurice and Ida (Sechrist) Thomas.

Snyder was a member of Central Park United Methodist Church, Reading.

She is survived by four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Snyder was predeceased this year by two sons, Thomas R. and Paul R.

Services will be Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in Central Park Church. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery, York. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements. Contributions may be made to the church.
