Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Amanda Johnson and Marshall Clark.

He did office maintenance work for aprox. 30 years.

Marshall is survived by a son Lamont Johnson, Reading.

Other survivors include a brother Charles Johnson, Jr., Wyncote
