Marsha Amaturo Goforth, 60, of Reading, died May 14, 2010 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
She was the wife of Frank J. Amaturo.
Born December 1, 1949 in Rochester, NY, she was a daughter of Thomas Ray Goforth of Brownsville, TX and the late Mary Isabel (Holiday) Goforth.
Marsha was a graduate of East Rochester High School.
She was employed in the marketing department at Reading Hospital for 22 years.
Marsha loved to travel and spend time with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are two daughters: Laura E. (Stevens), wife of Jeremy J. Prober of Palmyra, NY and Alison M. Stevens of Lebanon, PA.
Other survivors include four siblings: Larry Goforth of Rochester, NY; Judy Callahan of Rochester, NY; Michael Goforth of Alvaton, KY and Alan Goforth of Rochester, NY.
In addition, there are five grandchildren surviving: Lindsay A. Bowers, Gregory J. Prober, Madison R. Hinsey, Elizabeth J. Prober and Brayden M. Chua.
Marsha was predeceased by a daughter, Nicole M. Stevens, who died August 11, 2009.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the funeral home.
