Markay Sauers

Markay "Maggie" R. Sauers, 75, passed away on September 6, 2015 in Stoneridge Town Center, Myerstown.

Born in Reading she was a daughter of the late Robert and Kathryn (Dippery) Van Pelt.

She was a 1958 graduate of Reading High School.

Maggie was employed by the Fritztown Fire Company as a bartender.

She is survived by her children: Cindy K., wife of Vince McFadden, Wernersville; Kevin C. Tasco, Kenhorst; a sister, Susette, wife of Richard Horst, Sinking Spring; four grandchildren: Ryan McFadden, Bradley McFadden, Daniel Tasco, and Ellen Tasco; and one great- granddaughter.

Maggie was predeceased by a sister, Sherry Gionis,and a grandson, Adam Tasco.

Friends may call Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading.
