Marjorie Gayle Brown

Marjorie Gayle (Furbay) Brown, 94, of Wyomissing, died April 5, 2011.

Born in Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William M. and Fern L. (Smith) Furbay.

Her husband, Rev. Curtis R. Brown, died November 24, 1997. They were married May 7, 1939.

Her husband was song evangelist for The Church of Nazarene and she enjoyed supporting him in his service.

She was predeceased by her sister, Betty J. Lee.

Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Dixie Lee Brown-Borders.

Services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will be private. Friends may call Saturday from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a church of your choice or the American Heart Association, 25 Stevens Ave., West Lawn, PA 19609.
