Marion R. Spoon

Marion R. Spoon, 91, Arlington, Texas, formerly of Reading, died Sept. 15 in Arlington Memorial Hospital.

Her husband, John W. Spoon, died in 1993.

Born in Kingston, Luzerne County, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Lola (Weiss) Stocker.

Spoon is survived by a daughter, Barbara Ann (Spoon) Ormand, Coto De Caza, Calif.

There are also two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Pleasant View Cemetery, Spring Township. Entombment will be in the cemetery mausoleum. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
