Marion S. Price

Marion Sale (Schomburg) Price, 86, formerly of Riverview Park, died December 2, 2008 in the Wyomissing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was the wife of the late William C. Price, who died in March, 2006.

Born October 24, 1922, in Richmond, VA, she was a daughter of the late Marion N. and Blanch E. (Sale) Schomburg.

Marion was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, Reading.

She earned her Licensed Practical Nurse certificate from Sheltering Arms Hospital, Richmond, VA and was employed by various nursing facilities in Berks County until her retirement in 1980.

Marion is survived by three daughters: Diane C. (Price) Pfahl, Millsboro DE; Jane L. (Price) Buck and Dona S. (Price) Pauley, both of Muhlenberg Twp.

Six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive her.

Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Rd., Laureldale. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
