Marion E. Nixon

Marion E. Nixon, 89, of The Highlands at Wyomissing, died January 4, 2010 in the Reading Hospital.

Her husband, William A. Nixon died May 22, 2002.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Conrad and Catherine (Hazig) Blaess.

Marion was a secretary, working for Bell of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.

She is survived by her daughter, Jeanne N., wife of Robert Kaufmann, Sinking Spring as well as her brother, Richard Blaess, The Villages, FL. Also surviving are her three grandchildren: Kim Janis, Robert Kaufmann, Andrew Kaufmann and her eight great-grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. A visitation will be held 12 to 1 p.m. in the funeral home.
