Marielly Autumn Cruz-Ortiz

Marielly Autumn Cruz-Ortiz passed away shortly after her birth on January 9, 2012 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

She was the daughter of Khariff A. Cruz and Zaidmary Ortiz, Reading.

Marielly is also survived by her paternal grandparents: Natividad Cruz, Reading and Khariff A. Hasan, Brooklyn, NY and her maternal grandparents: Carlos Remi Ortiz and Zaida Enid Garcia, Brooklyn, NY.
