Marie M. Knight

Marie M. Knight, 74, of Blandon, died May 9th at 4:53 am in the Emergency Room at St. Joseph Hospital, Reading.

She was the widow of John Knight, who died October 1994.

Knight was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, Hyde Park.

She was employed 25 years as a nurses assistant at Mount Loretta, Staten Island, New York, retiring in 1985.

Knight is survived by a daughter, Susan H. Knight of Blandon.

Other survivors include two sons, John F. Knight of Staten Island, NY and Thomas D. Knight of Reading.

She is also survived by three brothers, Claude Bonnet, Jean Pierre Bonnet and Michel Bonnet all of France.

There is also a grandson.

She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Knight was predeceased by a son, Bob M. Knight, who died September 18, 2003.

Services will be Thursday at 11:00 am in the Chapel at Laureldale Cemetery, Rt.61 and Tuckerton Roads, Muhlenberg Township. Father John S. Pendzick celebrating. Viewings Wednesday evening 6:30 - 8:00 pm in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale and Thursday morning 10:30 - 11:00 am in the Chapel. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
