Marian Margaret Williams, 89 of Muhlenberg Township died October 10, 2008 in the Reading Hospital. Her husband, Edward James Williams, died July 14, 1988. Born July 30, 1919 in Reading she was a daughter of the late Arthur Thomas and Margaret (Hollinger) McCoy Marian was a graduate of Shillington High School and attended Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, NY. She was employed by National Cash Register, Allentown for 18 years. Marian was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ, Shillington. Well known as "The Candy Lady", she had many talents, including sewing and knitting. Marian was a sports enthusiast; she was an avid fan of the Phillies. The matriarch of the family, she is survived by three children, Donald A., husband of Ellouise (Stoudt) Williams of Valrico, FL; Jeanne L. (Williams), wife of Ted R. Wysocki of Sinking Spring and James A., husband of Andrea (Hartman) Williams of Muhlenberg Township. In addition there are eight grandchildren, Donelle A. (Williams) White of Valrico, FL; Mark T. Williams of Riverview, FL; Andrea M. (Williams) Staller of Las Vegas, NV; Scott E. Wysocki of Mohnton; Tobyn J., husband of Christine (Eisenhauer) Wysocki of Fleetwood; Shaunna J. Wysocki of Valrico, FL; Dani J. Williams of Boston, MA and Jennifer C. Williams of Philadelphia. There are also seven great grandchildren surviving, Leigh A. and Hunter T. Wysocki of Mohnton; Sean T., Caitlyn M. and Logan S.T. White of Valrico, FL; and Theo K. and Grace S. Wysocki of Fleetwood. Marian was predeceased by a son Warren T. Williams, a great-granddaughter Regan C. White, three sisters and two brothers. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
