Marian A. Rohrbach

Marian A. (Gressley) Rohrbach Richmond, 95, formerly of Pike Township, Oley, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Colonial Manor in York, where she had resided since November, 2009.

Born in Rockland Township, she was the wife of the late Claude B. Rohrbach and the late Laurence C. Richmond, and the daughter of the late Robert R. and Edda B. (Angstadt) Gressley.

She was a member of St. Joseph's Hill Lutheran Church in Pike Township and an associate member of Luther Memorial Lutheran Church in York. Marian was also a member of the Pike Township Sportsmen's Association and the Order of Golden Eagles.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Larry G. and Marcia Rohrbach of York; two grandchildren: Jay E. and Beth A. Rohrbach; and three great-grandchildren, Jeremy E., Eric J., and Emma L. Rohrbach. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd and Leon Gressley.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, April 25, 2011 at Blankenbiller Funeral Home, 423 Main St., Oley with Reverend Elizabeth Polanzke officiating. Burial will follow in Hill Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
