Marguerite D. Haas

Marguerite D. Haas, 99, of Boyertown, passed away on Saturday, July 31st at 7:05 am in her residence.

Her husband, Melvin H. Haas, passed away on February 9, 1995

Born in Shanesville, she was a daughter of the late Wilson and Ellen (Deysher) Miller.

She was employed as a Floor Lady by H and R Manufacuturing, Boyertown until retiring in 1986.. She was previously employed by Devon Knitting Mills, Eshbach.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Lobachsville; the Pike township Sportsmans Association and the Boyertown Senior Center.

She is survived by her Grandsons: Glenn A. Haas of Bechtelsville and Todd J. Haas of Oley. Also 7 Grandchildren. She was predeceased by a Son: Harold L. Haas on September 7, 2002 and her siblings: Alice Moyer and Wilson Miller.

Services will be held in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 342 Lobachsville Road, Pikeville on Friday, August 6, 2010 at 11:00 am. Viewing from 10:00-11:00 am in the church on Friday. Interment in the Church Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Boyertown Senior Center, 301 W. Spring Street, Boyertown, Pa. 19512
