Margaret J. Zeglen

Margaret J. Zeglen, 86, of Reading, died June 27, 2010 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

She was the wife of Joseph Zeglen, whom she married 60 years ago.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Leon V. and Jennie (Jarmoska) Korejwo.

Margaret was a graduate of St. Peter's Catholic High School.

She worked as an operator for Bell Telephone and later as a sales associate for Sears & Roebuck Company.

Margaret loved traveling and photography.

She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, Reading.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her four children: Joseph, husband of Tracey Zeglen, Cumru Township; Edward, husband of Lisa Zeglen, West Chester; Donna Zeglen, Wernersville and JoAnn, wife of Dennis Griffith, Mohnton. Also surviving is her brother, Eugene Korejwo, Reading and eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her son, Richard J. Zeglen.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 501 Summit Ave., Reading, PA 19611. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum, Muhlenberg Township. A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. in the church.
