Margaret L. Wenger

Margaret L. Wenger, 77, died March 22, 2010 in her Oley Township residence.

Her husband, E. David Wenger died December 28, 2001.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Edwin and Lucy (Polito) Young.

She was a 1950 graduate of Shillington High School.

Margaret was employed by the County of Berks as a clerk for the Department of Domestic Relations, retiring in 1998.

She was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church, Wyomissing.

Margaret was a former choir member of Atonement Church and a past president of the Wyomissing Hills Garden Club.

She is survived by her daughter, Gretchen L., wife of Sam Martin, Oley; her brother, Donald, husband of Beverly Young, Douglassville; two sisters, Jean Ann, wife of Donald Bare, Reading and Jessica, wife of Serafin Fuller, Hatfield and two grandchildren, Andrew J. Martin and Julia L. Martin.

Memorial Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Atonement Lutheran Church, 5 Wyomissing Blvd, Wyomissing, PA 19610. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
