Margaret A. Koch

Margaret A. Koch, 71, passed away August 16, 2015 at the Reading Hospital.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late William and Edith Huber.

Her husband, Donald R. Koch, died in 2008.

Margaret was formerly employed by Baldwin Brass and more recently by R.M. Palmer Corporation.

She is survived by her children: Sharon, wife of Irvin Gorey, Schuylkill Haven; April Koch, fiancé of Clyde Johnson, Honeybrook; Donald, husband of Kim Koch, Womelsdorf; Ann, wife of Ronald Gorey, Bethel; and Todd Koch, Reading. Also surviving are two brothers, John and Ed Huber, ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Along with her husband she was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Hole and three brothers, David Huber, James Huber, and George Huber.

Margaret enjoyed reading, crocheting, traveling, and cooking. She cherished the Christmas holiday with her family.

A memorial service will be held Friday, August 21st at 10 a.m. at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. A visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. in the funeral home.
