Margaret K. Freund

Margaret K. Freund, 85, died November 15, 2010, in The Highlands at Wyomissing.

Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Jacob P. and Alice K. (Hieter) Freund.

She was a graduate of Wyomissing High School in 1942 and Cedar Crest College in 1946.

Margaret was employed as a chemist by Sterling Drug,Inc., Myerstown, now known as Bayer Pharmaceuticals, for 33 years, retiring on March 1, 1990.

She was a member of Bausman Memorial United Church of Christ, Wyomissing.

Margaret enjoyed golfing, knitting and playing Bridge.

Graveside Services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. in Laureldale Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, November 30 at 10:30 a.m. in the Activity Room of the Personal Care Unit, second floor, at The Highlands.
