Margaret A. Hoffman

Margaret A. (Bower) Hoffman, 74, formerly of Reading, died November 3rd at 3:50pm in Phoebe Berks Health Center, Wernersville, where she had been since July 31st.

She was the widow of Mark R. Hoffman, who died August 13th.

Born in Sinking Spring, she was a daughter of the late John L. and Mary M. (Moser) Bower.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Sinking Spring.

Hoffman is also survived by a son, Richard L. Hoffman of Lincoln Park and two daughters; Linda M. (Hoffman) Wolf of York and Deborah A. (Hoffman) Peterson of Spring Township.

Other survivors include two brothers, Daniel Bower of Muhlenberg Twp., and David Bower of Alsace Township.

She is also survived by two sisters, Mabel E. (Bower) Potteiger of Reading and Dorothy (Bower) Sorg of Boyertown.

There are also six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

Services will be Wednesday at 10:00am in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Rev. Harry S. Bohn Jr. officiating. Viewing will be Tuesday from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, Perry Township.
