Marcia Vogt

Marica L. Vogt, 73, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023. She was the wife of Warren Vogt. They celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary in August.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Lester L. and Leona F. (Irwin) Stein. Marcia graduated from Muhlenberg High School, and was employed at Albright College for 28 years. She also worked with UGI Corporation as a facilities manager.

Marcia was a member of the Elks, as well as the Wyomissing Quoiting Association. She had a love for dogs, enjoyed playing golf and pickleball, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She liked to dance with her husband, Sonny, and listen to their favorite 1950's and 1960's tunes. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends throughout the years.

In addition to her husband, those left to treasure Marcia's memory are her son, David Killian; her step-children, Derek Vogt, husband of Amy, and Kelly Vogt; four grandchildren: Brayden, Soleil, Ainsley, and Heidi; as well as her brothers, David Stein and Dennis Stein. She is predeceased by her sibling, Terry Stein.

A memorial service will be celebrated on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 11 am at Kuhn Funeral Home and Crematory 5153 Kutztown Rd, Temple, PA 19560.
