Marcella E. Fegley

Marcella E. Fegley, 98, South Temple, died Dec. 19 at 9:15 p.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., Muhlenberg Township, where she had resided since Oct. 25.

Her husband, Charles S. Fegley, died March 21, 1984.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Wellington and Mary A. (Glass) Schmeck.

Fegley was employed for 20 years as a waitress by the Berkshire Hotel, Reading, until her retirement.

Surviving are two sons, Charles R., Muhlenberg Township, and Richard R., Reading.

Other survivors include two brothers, Paul Schmeck, Reading, and Wayne Schmeck, Birdsboro.

There are also seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Walter R. Christ Funeral Home Inc., Laureldale. Burial will be in Alsace Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
