Maisie J. Reynolds, 91, of Spring Township and formerly of Shillington and West Wyomissing, died December 20, 2012 in her residence at Penn's Crossing Senior Apartments.

She was the wife of Marvin E. Reynolds who died August 30, 1997.

Born September 14, 1921 in Tewkesbury, England, she was a daughter of the late Albert G. and Gertrude (Sweet) Bedford.

Maisie was a 1935 graduate of Tewkesbury Church of England School.

She was employed as a cook/manager with Schell's, Kreska's and West Reading Diner.

Surviving are are four children: Maureen J., wife of Clyde L. Frantz, II of Fayetteville, GA; Michael T. Reynolds of West Lawn and his significant other, Glenda Temple of Hughsville, Lycoming County; Marshall C., husband of Ann L. Reynolds of Robesonia; and Melissa L, wife of James Kaucher of Schulenburg, TX.

There are also eight grandchildren, Clyde III, Jeanette, Paul, Steven, Laura, Brian, Erin and Natalie and seven great grandchildren, Joshua, Jonathan, Paul Jr., Karen, Jenna-Rose, Lily and Jason.

Maisie was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Karen Reynolds and eight siblings: Clarence G. Bedford, Eva Y. (Bedford) Sallas, Gyen (Bedford) Dutz, Dorreen (Bedford) Trump, Victor R. Bedford, Edna Bedford, Joyce M. (Bedford) Dunling and Barbara Bedford.

Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc, 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. There will be no viewing. Burial will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Township.
