Mae E. Himmelberger

Mae E. Himmelberger, 78 of North Fort Myers, Florida and formerly of Port Clinton died in the Cape Coral Hospital, Cape Coral on April 12, 2013. Mae was the widow of Russell L. "Rusty" Himmelberger who died June 14, 1990. She was born in Hamburg and was the daughter of the late Arlan and Velma (Wike) Sunday. Mae worked for the Windsor Knitting Mill, Hamburg and various other mills throughout the area as a machine operator. She was a long time member of St. John's Church, Port Clinton and while in Florida was a member of The First Baptist Church, North Fort Myers, Florida. Mae was a member of Hamburg Moose Lodge #523, Hamburg. She is survived by 1 daughter; April A. wife of Brian Trexler, North Fort Myers, 1 grandson; John D. Adams, Mohrsville, 10 great grandchildren and 1 sister; Anna wife of Fred Kauffman, Port Clinton. She was predeceased by 1 brother; Arlan Sunday, Jr. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the American Heart Association, 212 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, Pa. 18018. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4th Street, Hamburg. Friends may call from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
