Madelyn F. March

Madelyn F. (Boone) March, 96, of Sinking Spring, passed away on September 1, 2017, in ManorCare Sinking Spring.

She was the widow of George March.

Born in Birdsboro, she was the daughter of the late Allen W. and Mildred R. (Helfrick) Boone.

During her working years, Madelyn was employed by UGI.

Madelyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by seven grandchildren: Matthew Curtis, Reading; Christopher Curtis, Reading; Jeffrey Curtis, Texas; Christopher G. March, Reading; Matthew K. March, Reading; Andrew P. March, Bryn Mawr; and Kathleen C. March, Lancaster; and two great-grandchildren: Ethan and Victoria March. She is also survived by daughter-in-law, Sylvia March, Blandon.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son, William Allen March, who passed away on December 26, 2015.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 8, 2017, in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Burial will follow in Schwarzwald Cemetery, Jacksonwald.
