Mabel A. Tamanini

Mabel A. Tamanini, 75, of Pinewood Road, Wyomissing, died Oct. 3 at 11:10 a.m. in Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient one day.

She was the wife of Robert J. Tamanini.

Born in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, she was a daughter of the late Melvin and Carrie (Huey) Sproul.

Tamanini was employed as a podiatry assistant by Dr. Emil Bartos and Dr. David Bartos, Reading, retiring in 1984.

She was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield.

Tamanini is also survived by a daughter, Kathleen (Tamanini) Baisch, Reading.

Other survivors include a sister, Thelma (Sproul) Sherman, Boothbay Harbor.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. in St. Ignatius Loyola Church. Burial will be private in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
