Mabel A. Schwoyer

Mabel A. (Weidner) Schwoyer, 74, died November 19th at 9:20 a.m. in her residence at 40 Alsace Avenue, Alsace Manor.

She was the widow of James C. Schwoyer (Died November 18, 2001).

Born in Reading, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Floyd E. and Edna (Ohlinger) Weidner.

She was employed as a produce clerk for a number of years at the former 3K's Farmer Market of Reading until her retirement.

Schwoyer was a member of Salem-Shalters Lutheran Church.

She was a member of the Lyons Fire Company's Ladies Auxiliary.

Schwoyer is survived by a daughter, Linda L. (Schwoyer) Stoudt of Alsace Township.

Other survivors include a sister, Katherine (Weidner) wife of Donald Houck of Fleetwood and two grandchildren.

Services will be Friday at 2pm in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Viewing Friday 1 pm until time of service. Burial will be in Salem-Shalter's Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Caring Hospice Services, 400 Commerce Drive, Suite C, Fort Washington, Pa 19034.
