M. Edna Manwiller

M. Edna Manwiller, 87, of Exeter Township, passed away on Friday, January 10th in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Her husband George L. Manwiller passed away on December 1, 2008.

Born in Alsace Township, she was a daughter of the late Harvey H. and Maggie M. (Reifsnyder) Ohlinger.

She was employed as a Machine Operator by the former Narrow Fabric Industry, Wyomissing for 30 years, retiring in 1989.

She was a 1940 graduate of Oley Valley High School and was a member of Zion (Spies) Lutheran Church, Alsace Township.

She is survived by her Son: Terry L. Manwiller at home and a Grandaughter: Tina Manwiller of Atlanta, Georgia. She was predeceased by her Sisters: Elsie Mengel and Helen Pott and 2 Brothers: Leon Ohlinger and Ammon Ohlinger.

Services will be held in Blankenbiller Funeral Home, 423 Main Street, Oley on Saturday, January 15th at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Spies (Zion) Cemetery, Alsace Township. Friends and family may view on Saturday from 10:00-11:00 am.
