Lynda J. Klein

Lynda Jean (Lengel) Klein, 83, passed away on November 3, 2024. She was the beloved wife of Richard Klein. They married on August 14, 1982, and shared 42 wonderful years together.

Born in Portland, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen (Larrabee) Lengel. Lynda attended Stone Business College in New Haven, CT, and worked as an office manager for Tele-publications, and worked closely with Junior Achievement as a secretary.

Lynda was an active member of Bethany Lutheran Church in West Reading. She enjoyed collecting bears, and she enjoyed reading a good novel.

In addition to her husband, Richard, those treasuring Lynda's memory is her son, George A. Fitzgerald; her grandchildren: Christina Cole (Alex), and Matthew Fitzgerald (Megan); and three great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her son, Edward P. Fitzgerald.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading. The viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to the start of the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Laureldale Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Lynda's honor to Bethany Lutheran Church at 336 Franklin St, West Reading, PA 19611.
