Lydia D. Arevalo

Lydia D. Arevalo, 93, of Spring Township, died March 11, 2008 in Manor Care, Sinking Spring.

Her husband, Alberto D. Arevalo, died March 11, 2000.

Born in Manila, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Leandro Dimaano and Maria Luz Katigbak of Lipa, Batangas Philippines.

Lydia was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield.

She was employed at John Wanamaker's and Bon-Ton.

She is survived by one son, Roberto D, wife Angelina; daughters-in-law Nelly and Gloria. Grandchildren Ma Cecille and husband Ed, George and wife Carmela, Michael and wife Michelle, and Maria and husband Dario; and great-grandchildren, Beatrice, Luigi, Alexa, Bernadette, Isabela, Anthony and Lilith also survive her. She was predeceased by two sons, Jose D., in June of 1991 and Ramon D. in January of 2007. There is one brother, Romeo DiMaano, Los Angeles, CA.
