Louise M. Biscanti

Louise M. Biscanti, died September 8, 2010 in Reading Hospital.

She was the widow of Vincent Biscanti.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Matthew and Mary (Berg) Martin.

She was a graduate of Reading High School and Reading Area Community College.

Louise was a Pediatric LPN for 25 years at St. Joseph's Hospital.

She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua, Millmont.

Louise loved spending time at the beach, reading books, knitting, crocheting, shopping, bingo and spending time w her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Judith M. Fudeman, with whom she resided and her son John G., husband of Susan Biscanti, Sinking Spring. Seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive her.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Therese M. Leffler.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
