Lois L. Henry

Lois L. Henry, 79 of West Brunswick Twp., passed away at Schuylkill Memorial Center East, Pottsville on Saturday morning. Born in Port Clinton on March 17, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Russell S. and Anna J. (Snayberger) Snell. Lois was the wife of Ray R. Henry, West Brunswick Twp. Lois worked as a seamstress for 50 years at various knitting mills throughout the area. In addition to her husband, Lois is survived by daughters Patricia A., wife of Michael J. Huck, Temple and Susan M. Henry, Orwigsburg: and grandson Michael R. Eckert, Orwigsburg. Lois was predeceased by sister: Nancy Lou Snell and brother John R. "Hoppy" Snell. A memorial will be held Wednesday evening, December 3rd at 7 PM at the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4th St. Hamburg with the Reverend Frederick Diehl officiating. Visitation will be from 5 – 7 PM. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. The family request contributions in Lois' memory be sent to Hillside S.P.C.A.
