Lois N. Grimm

Lois N. Grimm, 84, died May 15, 2011 in her Reading residence.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Warren and Grace (Haines) Grim.

She was a 1945 graduate of Reading High School.

Lois had worked in Times Square, NY, in advertising, and then returned to Reading and was employed by the Reading School District in the administration department, retiring in 1992. After retirement she began working as a Docent at the Reading Public Museum where she was very active and met many good friends.

Lois was also active in the Berks County Historical Society.

She was a member of St. Paul's R.C. Church, Reading. She converted to Catholicism in 2000 and was a very proud Catholic. She was active in many church groups including the Holy Family Society and Cenacle Prayer Group.

She is survived by many dear friends including Marie I. Kistler, nurse, hospital Chaplin and fellow Docent.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m in St. Paul's R. C. Church, 151 N. 9th St., Reading. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Laureldale.
