Liselotte J. Smith

Liselotte J. Smith, 101, of Wyomissing Hills, passed away, Wednesday, February 1, 2017, in Berks Heim.

Her first husband, Hans Hallbach, died April 12, 1958, and her second husband, Donald L. Smith, died August 12, 1989.

Born in Magdeburgh, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Jenny M. (Arnold) Hansper.

Liselotte was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Reading.

She was a book keeper at Dana Corp. for eight years, and a book keeper at the Berkshire Mall for 10 years, retiring in 1981.

Liselotte is survived by her son, Walter S. Hallbach, Wyomissing Hills. Three step grandchildren also survive her.

She is predeceased by a son, John D. Hallbach, and a daughter, Joanne H. (Hallbach) Walkovic.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
