Lisa Ellen Paolini

Lisa Ellen Paolini, 48, of Wyomissing, died March 13, 2010 in Reading Hospital.

Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of Dr. Mauro J. and Nelda A. (Harting) Paolini, Wyomissing.

She was a graduate of Wyomissing Area High School in 1980 and of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY in 1987.

Lisa was the Executive Chef for both Butler's Pantry and Canal Street Pub and Restaurant, last working on February 23.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her four brothers, Michael J. (Rebecca), Sinking Spring, David A., Wyomissing, Matthew J. (LeeAnn), Wyomissing, and Steven M. (Marion), Manhattan, NY. There are five nieces and nephews, Christopher, Evan, Benjamin, Lucy, and Elise; and two grandnieces, Hailey and Lillian. She is also survived by her very dear friend, Christopher M. Bausher, Wyomissing.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: American Red Cross, Berks County Chapter, 701 Centre Avenue, Reading, PA 19601. Edward J.
