Lisa Ann Kreider

Lisa A. Kreider, 62, of Shillington, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, in the care of Reading Hospital following a battle with breast cancer. She was the loving wife of Todd L. Kreider, sharing 21 years of marriage.

Born in Reading to the late Edward and Caroline (McAfee) Hamilton, Lisa graduated from Daniel Boone High School in 1982.

She last worked at Hub Fabrication.

She was a talented seamstress who enjoyed quilting and making crafts with her beloved grandchildren. She took special joy decorating for the holidays, especially Christmas. Her happy place was her camper at Lewes Beach, DE.

In addition to her loving husband, Todd, those left to treasure her memory are her son, Jason Bortz; her daughter, Jennifer Kehl; her grandchildren, Connor Fogelman, Olivia Gauby, Bailey Merkel, and Brody Merkel; Andrea Fogelman; and her sibling, Robin Hamilton. She is also survived by her four mini-dachshunds.

She was predeceased by her brother, Edward Hamilton Jr.
