Lisa Marie Dorman

Lisa Marie (Albright) Dorman, 51, of Mt. Penn, died November 22, 2013 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

She was the wife of Charles Frederick "Skip" Dorman, whom she married August 25, 1985.

Born August 18, 1962 in Reading, she was a daughter of Marcia Anne (Hain), widower of Charles M. Conver of Reading and the late Richard George Albright.

Lisa was a 1980 graduate of Muhlenberg High School. She also attended Penn State University.

She was employed as a customer service representative with Met-Ed, Reading for 20 years, retiring in 2010.

Lisa was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale, where she served as a Sunday school teacher.

She was a homeroom mother at Reading School District's 16th and Hawk Elementary School.

In addition to her mother and husband, surviving is her daughter, Carly Ann Dorman of Mt. Penn; three grandchildren, Adrianna Eleanore Dorman of Reading; Aisha Marie Kramer of Austin, TX and Saveyah Love Dorman of Reading.

There are also two sisters surviving, Stacey Lynn (Albright) Raker of Shillington and Melanie Lee (Albright), wife of Donald A. Kummerer, Jr. of Ontelaunee Township and several nieces and nephews.

Lisa was predeceased by her son, Michael Charles Dorman who died September 19, 2009; her sister, Betsy Ann (Albright) Gonzalez who died August 18, 2003 and her brother, Robert Craig Albright who died November, 2008.

Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Calvary Lutheran Church, 1009 Elizabeth Avenue, Laureldale, PA 19605. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. in Kuhn-Stitzel Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale and Wednesday from 9-10, in the church. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
