We would like to thank her family and friends that had guided her throughout her life and career to help form her high ethics and values: our neighbors and friends in Nottingham Hills and Hunting Hills, her Teachers, Counselors and Peers at North Cross School and The University of Virginia, her mentors within the field of law and her numerous friends at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Charleston, WV for their guidance and teaching of their faith.

We wish to thank each of them for their love and compassion with sharing their lives and guidance with Lindsey.

Lindsey Nicole Hoagland will be remembered as a loving and caring individual who never asked for anything in return. Let us all remember her in our prayers as we celebrate her new journey.

On January 10, 2009 Lindsey's organs were harvested and were flown to individuals from California to Pittsburgh, PA. Her skin was donated to burn victims. She was a staunch supporter of helping individuals in need of a miracle.
