Lillian M. Dettling

Lillian M. Dettling, 87, of Wyomissing, died May 3, 2015, in Columbia Cottage.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Conrad and Mathilde (Sattler) Dettling.

Lillian was a graduate of Reading High School.

She was employed by Berkshire Knitting Mills, Eastern Airlines, Busch Gardens, Trailways and Vollmer Associates.

Lillian loved to travel and saw much of the world. She also enjoyed the arts and theater.

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Roberta L. Dettling, Reading; two nephews, Todd A. Dettling , Charlotte, NC and Brian M. (Stacey) Dettling, Portland, OR; and great niece, Mathilde R. Dettling.

Lillian was predeceased by her brother Conrad J. Dettling.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at 10 a.m. in St John Baptist de LaSalle Roman Catholic Church, 420 Holland Street, Shillington, PA 19607, with burial to follow in Gethsemane Cemetery.
