Lillian E. Bonetti

Lillian E. "Lilly" (Moretto) Bonetti, 93, of Reading, died April 7, 2016, at the Reading Hospital.

She was the widow of William Bonetti.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Moretto and Elizabeth (Parzanese) Pellegrino.

She was employed by Minich Industries and later Linette Candy Factory.

Lillian was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

Her family kept her very busy over the years. She loved taking care of her family and special friends. She was well known for her Italian cookies especially her famous pizzells and special jelly. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by two children: Nicholas T., widower of Winifred (Eaton) Bonetti and Sandra L., wife of Douglas R. Loy, all of Reading; and two siblings, Lena Pellegrino, Altoona and John Pellegrino, Fl. Four granddaughters: Monica, wife of Scott Sechler, Strausstown; Liebra A. Loy; Melissa Nhan, both of Reading and Jaime Loy, Temple; nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren also survive her.

Lillian was predeceased by one son, Thomas Anthony Bonetti; one brother, Alex Moretto; one sister, Minnie O'Grattis; and eleven half and step-siblings.

A Prayer Service will be held Thursday at 12 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
