Leona Rose Hildebrand

Leona Rose Hildebrand, 85, formerly of Muhlenberg Township died October 21, 2009 in Manorcare Health Services, West Reading.

Born December 28, 1923 in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Philip and Mathilda (Husser) Hildebrand.

Leona was a 1941 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

Surviving are three sisters, Catherine (Hildebrand) Bensinger of Wyomissing, Irene (Hildebrand) Evans of Exeter Township and Marguerite (Hildebrand) Heffner of Temple.

Leona was predeceased by three sisters, Marie, Edna and Helen.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
