Lee S. Schrepple

Lee S. Schrepple, 94 of Tilden Township died in the Laurel Center, Tilden Township on November 3, 2016. He was the husband of Grace L. (Trump) Schrepple. Lee was born in Hamburg and was the son of the late Lee G. and Evelyn M. (Seidel) Schrepple. He was a 1940 graduate of Hamburg High School and proudly served his country with the United State Army during WWII and Korean War. Lee was employed for 25 years at Quaker Maid as a personnel assistant retiring in 1988. During his retirement he enjoyed making wooden crafts and attending craft shows. Lee was a member of I.O.O.F. Leesport and the Union Fire Company # 1 and Shartlesville Fire Company beneficial. In addition to his wife, two sons survive Lee, Jeffrey L. husband of Carol Schrepple, Seattle, Washington, Scott A. husband of Shawn Schrepple, Boyertown, one daughter, Linda K. wife of John Moyer, Council, Idaho, daughter-in-law, Julia Stefanelli, Arlington, Virginia. Three grandchildren, Jaeda, Lilly Moyer and Molly Schrepple also survive. A son Jerry L. Schrepple who died March 15, 2016, predeceased Lee. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 7 at 1:00 PM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc. Hamburg. A viewing will be held from 12:00 noon until time of service.
