Lee H. Mckinney

Lee H. McKinney, 80, of Sinking Spring, passed away April 26, 2013 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

His wife, Bernadette (Montague) McKinney, died March 31, 2013.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Robert Nevin and Agnes McKinney.

Lee was a 1950 graduate of Reading High School and attended Wyomissing Polytechnic Institute.

He worked for AT&T his entire career.

Lee was a U.S. Army veteran and served in the PA National Guard.

He was a lifetime member of the Flying Dutchmen Ski Club; a former assistant scout master for Boy Scout Troop 445, West Reading; a ski instructor and baseball coach. He also loved boating.

Lee is survived by his son, Barry L. McKinney, Shoemakersville and his granddaughter, Megan Marie McKinney. He is also survived by his brother, David McKinney, FL.
