Lawrence D. Gaston

Lawrence D. "Rusty" Gaston, Jr., 62, of Germantown, MD died October 17, 2007 in Springfield, Virginia.

Born on October 5, 1945 he was a son of the late Lawrence D., Sr. and Mabel (Wooton) Gaston.

Lawrence was a 1963 graduate of Muhlenberg High School and a 1969 graduate of Albright College.

He was employed by the Accounting office at the U.S. Government Accountability Office of Washington, D.C. as a defense analyst and an accountant for 35 years.

He was a member of the Reading Railroad Historic Society and the National Association for CPAs.

Surviving is a brother, Randy, husband of Becky L. (Zeiber) Gaston, Reading.

Services will be Wednesday at 2:00 pm in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A viewing held one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township. For online condolences, please visit www.christfuneralhome.com.
