Lamont C. Baver

Lamont C. "Milky" Baver, 80 of West Brunswick Township died in his residence August 7, 2015. He was the husband of Gail M. (Frankenstein) Baver, to whom he was married to for 59 years.. He was born August 8, 1934 in W. Brunswick Township and was the son of the late Herbert F. and Alma (Moyer) Baver. Milky was a self employed plasterer, dry waller and concrete worker for many years. He was also a self- employed life long farmer. He was a member of D.R. Schall Hunting Camp, Center County. Lamont was a member of Red Church, Orwigsburg. In addition to his wife, Lamont is survived by three children, Gregory M. husband of Karen Baver, Auburn, Lisa A. wife of David Panchari, Jr., Auburn, and Scott A. Baver, Orwigsburg, and two grandchildren, Madeline and Gavin Panchari. He is also survived by two sisters, Lucille A. Baver, Monroe, CT. and Justine Vogel, Mooresville, North Carolina and one brother, Brian D. husband of Kathleen Baver, Auburn and his beloved pet, Tommy the Cat. One brother, Frank Baver and two infant sons, Lamont and Curtis, predeceased him. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 13th at 11:00 AM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4th Street, Hamburg. A viewing will be held on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. At the family's request there will be no viewing Thursday morning. Burial will be in Schuylkill Memorial Park.
