Laila M. Sousley

Laila M. (Mertz) Sousley, 82 of Albany Township died August 11, 2017 in her residence. She was the widow of John R. Sousley who died May 30, 2014. Laila was born in Maxatawny Township and was the daughter of the late Raymond K. and Mabel I. (Wartzenluft) Mertz. Laila is survived by her children, Kevin R. husband of Connie M. Sousley, Barbara A. wife of William Keim, both of Albany Township, grandson Nathan Keim, Albany Township, step-grandchild, Jason Ferguson, Allentown, two step-great grandchildren Kylie B. and Owen M. Ferguson, Allentown. Additional survivors are a brother; Kenneth W. husband of Hilda Mertz, Fleetwood, two sisters; Bernice A. wife of Carl Sayer, Oley and Joanne M. widow of Curtis Albright, Douglasville. A brother, Ernest R, predeceased Laila. Graveside services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's (Smoke) Cemetery, Windsor Township.
