Kurt Anthony Wildman, 42, formerly of Summer Hill Rd., Lower Heidelberg Township, died December 23, 2009 in his West Reading residence.

Born March 24, 1967 in Reading, PA he was a son of the late Dennis J. and Sharon A. (Luzius) Wildman.

He was a 1985 graduate of Wilson High School, where he was a member of the football team and was also a 1989 graduate of Bloomsburg University, where he received a B.S. in marketing and was a member of the Delta Pi fraternity.

Kurt was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church, Wyomissing.

He was last employed as a senior executive sales manager and a field sales trainer with St. Jude Medical Heart Valve Division for over 10 years. During his tenure, he executed the launch of multiple new heart valve devices and was a key factor in these devices being the standard of care.

Kurt was an assistant baseball coach with the Spring Township Athletic Association and an assistant Mighty Might coach with the Van Reed Football Association.

He is survived by his former spouse, Maureen G. (Roche) Wildman and their two children: Jonathan D. and Alison G. both students at Green Valley Elementary School.

Other survivors include two siblings: Timothy C., husband of Anne K. (Madenford) Wildman of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County and Kimberly A. (Wildman), wife of Daniel P. Schrader, of Exeter Township.

Kurt is also survived by three nieces: Angela C. Weidner of Maidencreek Twp., Amanda M. Schrader of Exeter Twp., and Kayti K. Wildman of Mechanicsburg and a nephew, Nicholas W. Wildman of Mechanicsburg.

He was also a great uncle to Hannah and Owen Weidner.

Services will be Wednesday at noon in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, with the Rev. Richard Summy officiating. Viewings will be held Tuesday evening 6:30 - 8:00 pm and Wednesday from 11:00 am until time of services in the funeral home. Burial will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Township.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Atonement Lutheran Church, with "Youth Group" in the memo line, 5 Wyomissing Blvd., Wyomissing, PA 19610.
